The MKE Business Collective is a collaborative collection of business service
providers. We are looking for a marketing firm, attorneys, business consultants &
business coaches to join the collective and offer substantially discounted rent to key

FROM ROARING 1920s MOVIE THEATRE TO OFFICE SPACE
A two-story, 5,726-square-foot former Lyric theater (circa 1917 to 1952) on 3804 W. Vliet St. had the potential to be more.
We saw that! With significant modern renovations, a whole new environment is being
crafted from what once was a vision.
State-of-the-art offices in an unlikely place made for professionals to feel the most
productive and connected.

HISTORY
The Lyric Theater came to life in 1917 in the Walnut Hill neighborhood of Milwaukee. Behind the historic façade room, an audience of 575 could be gathered to enjoy the best popular films of the day. After four decades in operation, the Lyric theater shut its doors.
OVER THE YEARS
What was once a place of entertainment changed its image over the years from carpet store to Colorwheel painting, all the while maintaining its core identity, shut behind these stores the theater remained, slowly losing its shape but keeping its memories intact.
Over the years it has changed its style to fit modern times but the charm will forever be there, for theatre lovers and descendants of the area.
A place so vibrant deserves to be brought back to life, to have a buzz to it in a new way that is modern but keeps the charm. Historic revitalization of the property is slated for 2023 completion.
HISTORY LIVES ON
History lives in the heart and mind. MKE Collective will continue to honor the unique history and architecture of the Lyric Theater with an eye for the future.
